look out k'town... i'm comin' home!

i'm not sure if i'm technically an alumnus yet since i don't convocate until next week, but i definitely have a degree, so i seem to be difficult to categorize at the moment... regardless, i am headed to kingston tonight for the aforementioned rob-robin combo birthday extravaganza and then perhaps a little homecoming fun fun fun tomorrow. the details are little slim, but i DO know that some alcoholic beverages will be involved (ie. not champanade).

to follow up on the events of last night, it was our understanding that the music would be kicking off the evening promptly at 8 pm. oh how silly we were... we got there around 8.30 and checked out the art, which turned out to be very cool dioramas and diorama-inspired video pieces by allison hrabluik. you can check it out at mercer union until november 27. when i found out that they weren't playing 'til 10.30 i decided to head home & do my chores like a good girl. it was still a good time, and the food was yummy yummy.
