fun IS fun

thursday night was the joel plaskett emergency at the grad club. i was a little hesitant about going, as the last time i went to a joel plaskett show (in november, with ben) i just didn't have fun & ended up leaving early. this time, however, was super!! the annoyance level was fairly low for a grad club show... with the exception of some truly noxious smells emanating from the crowd. i was gasping for fresh air by the end. but other than that, pretty amusing.

examples: jason schwartzman, who felt it was necessary to remove his shirt and reveal his red tank top (best left covered up, let me tell ya); the rmc guy wearing two (2) mesh back hats simultaneously; and of course the many people giving the requisite "rock salute" aka. the horns. please stop. of course i can't overlook the world idol sighting that really made jo's night. all in all, lots of fun was had... but not much sleep.
