real estate red flag

i've started receiving e-mailed real estate listings as a first step towards home ownership. occasionally i'll get listings for beautiful houses actually in our price range, and i'll send rob a distressed e-mail wondering why we still can't buy a house RIGHT NOW.

but sometimes i get listings that contain information such as:
"House Was Alleged Crack House."

umm, pass.
